Please be aware that courier networks are experiencing high demand currently, which may cause delays in deliveries and collections. Pure Electric will do all we can to make sure services are completed as quickly as possible.
Electric Scooters
UK and Northern Ireland
Delivery to UK & Northern Ireland on e-scooters is FREE and next working day.
Electric Bike Delivery
UK and Northern Ireland
Delivery to UK & Northern Ireland on our e-bikes is FREE and in 5 working days.
We currently only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland from www.pureelectric.com.
However, for deliveries to Belgium, you can shop our Belgium store here: www.purescooters.be
For deliveries to France, you can shop on our French store here: www.pureelectric.fr
For deliveries to Spain, you can shop on our Spanish store here: www.pureelectric.es
And we will soon be opening up further European websites and retail stores.
Signed for deliveries
All electric scooter and bike orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. All electric scooter and bike deliveries will need to be signed for, whether by yourself, household member or a neighbour.
Failed deliveries
If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from the local depot.
The item will be returned to Pure Electric if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on three occasions.
Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges to deliver the item back to us. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.
Incorrect delivery details
Pure Electric cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.
If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.
