Price Match Promise
At Pure Electric we pride ourselves in offering great value to our customers.
To ensure that we never let our customers down, we have created the ‘Pure Electric Price Match Promise’. This means that we actively monitor the prices offered by our competitors and adjust our own pricing accordingly.
If you do find an in-stock electric scooter or electric bike online being sold for less than the price offered on the Pure Electric website or in store, please get in touch and we may be able to match it, as long as it matches the criteria set out below.
What products do we price match?
We will only price match on products against the list of competitors listed below. The product must be in stock and available to purchase. We will only match the full retail price and no promotional offers or vouchers can be used in conjunction with the price match. We are only able to price match one product per customer.

Wiggle, Currys, Halfords, Box, Selfridges, John Lewis, Skatehut
Electric Bikes
We price match against the following competitors for electric bikes
Wiggle, Chain Reaction Cycles, Tredz, Rutland Cycling, Leisure Lakes, e-Bikeshop

If you have found one of our products cheaper elsewhere and you would like to enquire about a price match, then contact us by email, including full product details and a link to the competitor's listed product page, and we'll get back to you. help@pureelectric.com
(Price Match Promise is valid only against the price shown online and in store, and does not include any additional discounts or codes).

•We can only price match identical items (including size, plug type, warranty and colour)
•The competitor's item must be in stock and available to buy
•The competitor's price must include delivery in the UK and be expected to arrive within the next seven days
•The competitor must be based in the UK and sell directly to customers
•The price must not include any membership, bulk buy discount or personal discounts.
•No other promotional offers or vouchers can be used on top of a price match
•We will not match against clearance sales, auctions, closing down sales, pre-sales or specialist retailers such as market stalls, or retailer membership scheme discounts
•We will not match against auction or marketplace websites
•We are unable to offer a price match on accessories
